About the course

Creative Problem Solving is built on the SOLVED Loop, a repeatable sequence you can run on anything from a stalled project to a complaint that keeps reappearing. Across eight modules you will learn to frame a problem before you attack it, dig past the first plausible cause, generate options that are genuinely different rather than variations on one idea, look at the same situation through six deliberate lenses, vet a shortlist against criteria you set in advance rather than after the fact, plan execution so it survives the first setback, and debrief in a way that turns one win into a method the team can reuse. Every module has a real case, working templates to download, and a capstone playbook you build as you go.
